Pasting Gum (PSP Super)

Specially developed Cold Water Soluble Bio Polymer for Pasting Application in Paper Conversion Products.

PSP Super is employed in the Paper Conversion Industries for the following purposes:

  • Pasting two / multiple layer of papers.
  • Film forming property.
  • Adhesive & tackiness.
  • Wide range of viscosity.
  • Quick drying.
  • Helps improving bursting & compression strength.
  • Improvement in stiffness.

Mode of action

It is a high molecular weight polysaccharide adhesive / paper pasting binder having long chain modified bio polymer.

It is generally prepared in a desirable powder-water ratio as per application need. The liquid gum thus prepared, with machine suitable rheological properties, is applied on paper surface which is followed by another layer of paper applied & pressed in sub-sequent steps.

We know of no ill effects that could have resulted from using PSP Super for the purpose for which it is intended and from processing it in accordance with current practice.
